OUR VALUES AT neighborhood kids

The artistic technique of painting on wet plaster is called FRESCO. FRESCO is also the Spanish word for fresh. Our Kid's hearts and minds are fresh like wet plaster. The experiences they live through will shape their hearts, minds and color their lives. We strive to help them SHINE! for Christ through our FRESCO values.

  • Fun

Fun helps capture interest in God's word and creates memorable moments.

"However many years a man may live, let him enjoy them all." Ecclesiastes 11:8 ESV

  • relationships

Authentic community is important for spiritual growth.

"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near" Hebrews 1:24-26 ESV

  • excellence

God deserves our best work and efforts

"Work willingly at whatever you do as though you were working for the LORD rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward and that the master you are serving is Christ" Colossians 3:23-24 NLT

  • safety

Our charge to keep our children safe.

"if anyone causes one of these little ones - those who believe in me - to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea." Matthew 18:6 NIV

  • christ-centered teaching

The hero of the  Bible is Jesus Christ. His great resume plan is interwoven throughout Scripture.

"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." Hebrews 13:8 ESV

  • one team

    Teamwork makes the dream work.

"There are many parts, but one body." 1 Corinthians 12:20 NIV
