Upward Sports, founded in 1995, became one of the largest Christian youth sports programs in the world priding themselves in faith, integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
Neighborhood Church is so excited to partner with Upward for its first time this upcoming winter! Our Winter Basketball league is created for kids (K/5yo thru 6th Grade) and families in search for development as a player, community, and fun!

League information
EXACT TIMES DEPEND ON THE TEAM YOUR ATHLETE IS ON
Divisions:
kINDER thru 2nd Grade
3rd thru 6th grade
ALL DIVISION ARE MIXED BOYS AND GIRLS
Practices (8 wks)
Starting week of Jan 4
Sunday (230-430 pm)
Monday (430-830 pm)
Thursday (430-830 pm)
Friday (430-830 pm)
Practices are 1 hour long
SATURDAY GAMES
Games (6 wks)
Season opener
Saturday, January 10 Starting at 9:30 am
Games are about 45 min to 1 hour long.
Sunday Open Gym
Depending on how many teams we have, we may have a Sunday afternoon open gym to allow for players to practice a skill with their parent.

This ministry is for the whole family. The kids know that what they're doing is valuable when mom, dad, uncles, aunties, granma, and grandpa are involved.
You might be saying "I don't know how to play basketball." Do not worry, the whole program lists (with videos) skills and devotionals that will be part of every practice during the week. Games are designed to build confidence in the kids.
